Journerator queue now and advanced booking features provide a more convenient way for customers to make reservations at their favourite restaurants and it helps restaurant to manage both walk-in and reserved table customers in a mobile-integrated queue management system.

Customer features:
1. Customers can join a queue or make an advanced booking at a selected restaurant through the app on their mobile device. When the table is ready, customers will receive an instant notification sent by restaurant. Customers can reply whether they are still wanting the table or not. Then restaurant can confirm or cancel the booking for customers.
2. The app is free for everyone to use.
3. Customers can choose to allow location detection from the app. If it is turned on, the app will automatically show restaurants from the nearest to the furthest on the listing.
4. Customers can join a queue before arriving at the restaurant and they can always check the status of the queue. They can avoid crowds and save time.
5. There are different sitting preferences options for customers to choose from.
6. Customers can always check live updates about the estimated queuing time and last seated table before them.

Restaurant features:

1. Restaurants who signed up with Journerator will receive a free QR code for customers to scan and join the queue and make advanced bookings.
2. The app allows restaurants to manage both instant queuing and advance booking customers’ requests.
3. There are different selections under each booking to help restaurant to manage bookings. These selections include Notify, Check-in, Cancel, edit and Action for restaurant to easily manage their Queue/bookings.
4. The system helps restaurant to keep the customer record and receives a report monthly.
5. There is an on/off button where restaurant can control and let their customers know there are no more bookings can be accepted for a few hours or for the rest of the day. Restaurant can also mark specific days as holiday or choose to close for few hours in particular days under holiday management settings.
6. We offer one price to cover all the features under queue now and advanced booking. We do not charge commissions and SMSs fees.
